Del Rey’s Art Docent Program
 
 
About the Art Docents The program was spear-headed 3 years ago by Nancy Kelley. As a parent in our school district she wanted to help make a difference. Today the program continues under the vision of Mrs. Kelley. She has a team of volunteers who help teach art in all its mediums to all students at Del Rey. The students are not only exposed to mask making, clay, and water colors, but also to the corresponding vocabulary such as contouring, texture and perspective.
